Data Security

InnoBrain™ is ISO27001S compliant. Data are stored in physically secured data centers. End-to-end encryption protects data in transit, while data is encrypted at rest and is consistent with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-57 recommendations.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new comprehensive data protection law that updates existing European Union laws to strengthen the protection of “personal data” of EU residents. The GDPR takes effect on May 25, 2018. InnoBrain™ welcomes the GDPR as an opportunity to deepen our commitment to privacy and data protection. We are also dedicated to helping our customers comply with the GDPR.

Freedom

Beside all the above structured metrics to protect the target groups participating in different studies, InnoBrain™ is also committed to the following terms:
Target group(s) are free to suspend the trial and to request to cancel their data at any time, during and after the trial itself;
Target group(s) must be informed in advance about the methods and general purpose of the experiment;
Target group(s) may require more detailed specifications on the purpose of the study they are taking part in.

Privacy

InnoBrain™ values the trust that our customers and users place in us when they provide us access to personally-identifiable information. Accordingly, we have created a Privacy Policy to outline our collection, use, and sharing of information that users provide to us, when they access or use the services and platform of InnoBrain™.
